Dear Halloween fans, please note the following when you arrive:
- A shuttle service is available, which drives between the car park and Königstein town centre on a permanent basis
- The path to the castle leads through the gardens up to the castle ruins.
- Children’s Sunday is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
- As parents, you are responsible for deciding whether the event is suitable for your children and whether you follow our recommendation.
- Evening events are not suitable for teenagers under 16 years of age.
- We are very happy when guests come dressed up, but it is not mandatory. Make sure that your costume does not have any lace or sharp edges. Accessories should also fulfil this requirement and should not be used as a ‘weapon’.
- Bags and backpacks that are larger than your clothes and cannot be worn under them are not allowed. Please understand that strollers and animals are not allowed in either. Prohibited items may be deposited at the entrance for a fee of 1.00 euro. The organiser is not liable for deposited items that have gone missing.
- The following are not permitted either: strollers, selfie sticks, bottles, cans, food and drinks, hairspray, umbrellas, spray cans, animals, knives and other weapons as well as dangerously sharp costume items.
IMPORTANT!
Königstein Castle is an old castle ruin. Be sure to wear warm and weatherproof clothing. We would like to emphasise that this is an open-air, full contact event! So, please leave any valuables at home. We cannot be held liable for dropped phones, dirty or damaged clothing, or damage to property or personal injury. The body check performed upon admission is for YOUR own safety. You may have to wait to get in as a result, but this will not entitle you to any recourse or refund.
Thank you for your understanding!
