AGB - General Business Terms and Conditions

  • Come rain or snow, our monsters are always ready! The Halloweenfest is an open-air event. There is no right to refund in the event of bad weather. Our drinks and snack bars are protected from the wind and weather. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the ghost festival for safety reasons in the event of storm warnings. Tickets will not be refunded in this case of “force majeure”. However, should a surplus be achieved as a result, it will be paid out to the ticket holders on a pro rata basis.
  • For safety reasons bottles, cans, perfume sprays, umbrellas, torches, spray cans, knifes, pistols and other weapons as well as dangerous costume elements such as swords or spiked chokers may NOT be taken into the castle grounds.
  • No entry with bags and rucksacks. We ask for your understanding that prams are also not allowed. Prohibited items can be deposited at the entrance for a fee of 1.00 Euro. The organisers are not liable for deposited items which cannot be found.
  • Intoxicated persons who pose a danger to themselves and others may be refused transport in the shuttles and also to the festival site. No refund of the purchase price
  • Lost and found items will be kept at the Souvenir Shop which is in the kiosk in the courtyard and can be collected from there. Items found after the festival will be displayed on our Homepage.
  • Once tickets are sold out at the box office, entry to the car park will be barred. The “Sold out” sign indicates that there are no more tickets available. Guests with a valid entry tickets or confirmed reservations may still access the car park.
